Ginger Tea

This easy-to-make, inexpensive tea is a great way to add ginger to your diet.

 

Ingredients

 

2 tbsp peeled and freshly grated or sliced ginger

2 cups water

 

Directions

 

Put water and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain the mixture into a cup. Add lemon juice, raw honey, agave nectar, or other natural sweetener to taste.
