Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

 

1 cup almond or other non-sweetened, non-dairy milk

1 frozen banana, cut into approximately 1-inch pieces

1 cup frozen pitted cherries

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp flax or chia seeds

1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

 

Directions

 

Put all ingredients in a Vitamix or other powerful blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favorite healthy goodies such as walnuts, almonds, coconut flakes, mulberries, cacao nibs – whatever you love!
